This is peculiar! PlusNet sent me a new router to replace Lee's to see if that was the problem with why she can't connect to the 'net at her place. I wired it all up and connected it and it made NO difference at all! Bah!!
Talk about 'Plan B'! we must be up to 'Plan T' by now, having replaced the filters (three times), the cables (twice) and now the router. PlusNet (who have been VERY helpful so far)think that it's a line fault and have asked us to leave it all plugged-in over the bank-holiday, whilst they test the line.
Next step is for them to send a BT Engineer round to check the physical wiring.
Hopefully, by the end of next week, it'll all be working*!
