Back to base for a quick lunch - locally produced pasties - and then off by car to 'Blists Hill'. This is an authentically preserved Victorian tow. Bakers, Candlemakers, Locksmiths are all there in period costume and totally absorbed in their role. Fascinating! You even get the option of changing your real money into authentic replica 'old money'. If it hadn't been for the authentic ice-cold wind and rain :), we may have stayed longer!
Returned to the flat, and got a real fire going. Lovely! Eating in tonight. Only 300 or so more Christmas cards to write!
